If you’re on a Critical Support Plan we can respond to requests from your internal team and optionally set-up external monitoring that triggers a request with our support team directly. We can then support you in investigating the issue and getting the site or application up and running again.
The Critical Support Service has a dedicated on-call support phone number and you can call it any time to lodge a service request. Any request flagged using the on-call support phone number is considered urgent and outside of a regular support plan.
